Life insurance company customer satisfaction survey: only 22.3 percent customer satisfaction

Most of the life insurance customers dissatisfied with the handling of complaints



Reporters learned yesterday of a national life insurance company customer satisfaction survey shows that only 22.3 percent of consumers expressed satisfaction with the handling of complaints or satisfied than in 2006 fell by 0.4 percentage points. According to the survey, personal insurance business in the city has been a degree of popularity, more than one-third (38.3%) of households have life insurance policies, and more in 2006 increased by 5 percentage points. Products on the market have the largest are the top three health insurance (76.5 percent), accident insurance (52.4 percent) and children's insurance (51.6 percent).
